They are looking for an energetic Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join their team in Wymondham. This role offers an exciting opportunity to progress within the business and to be a part of their continued success.

​Key Responsibilities: 
  • Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls 
  • Processing telephone orders and quotations  
  • Warehouse duties 
  • General administration duties 
  • Serving customers over a busy trade counter as and when required  
  • Dealing with and resolving any customer queries 
  • Building, maintaining and enhancing excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Person  
  • ​Experience of working in sales within either the electrical, building or plumbing trade industry with good electrical product knowledge would be an advantage but training will be given 
  • Dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success 
  • You must be confident, reliable and punctual, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and a “can do” attitude whilst being a team player who enjoys a busy and productive working environment
