Salary & Benefits:
- £30,000 - £35,000 per annum negotiable, depending on experience

They specialise in the distribution of top-branded electrical products, with a growing focus on green energy solutions. They now have an exciting opportunity for an Trainee Sales Executive to join their brand new Distribution Centre opening in Cardiff or Caerphilly early next year.
The Role
- Initially based in Cardiff, this is the perfect opportunity to launch your career in customer service and sales management in the Electrical & Renewables industry and to broaden your skills
- You will be educated on the company, its products and the market and will benefit from continuous 'on the job' training
- You will receive professional sales training to equip you with all the tools and skills needed to flourish in a successful sales career
- Full training programme to include influencing, negotiation and presentation skills
Person Specification & Required Skills
Education & Qualifications:
- Minimum A-Level or BTEC qualification; business-related subjects preferred.
Experience & Background:
- Customer service experience, ideally within a similar sector (full training provided).
- Comfortable with modern technology and keen interest in the renewables industry.
Skills & Abilities:
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new challenges.
- Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent time management and punctuality.
- Self-motivated, taking initiative to get things done.
- Proficient with social media and confident in online engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to professionalism and clarity.
Other Requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
