Salary & Benefits:
  • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum negotiable, depending on experience

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

The Role
 
  • This is the perfect opportunity to launch your career in customer service and sales management in the Electrical Wholesale industry and to broaden your skills
  • You will be educated on the company, its products and the market and will benefit from continuous 'on the job' training
  • Starting in the warehouse, learning the products, you will receive professional sales training to equip you with all the tools and skills needed to flourish in a successful sales career
  • Full training programme to include influencing, negotiation and presentation skills
 
Person Specification & Required Skills
 
Education & Qualifications:
  • Educated to at least A-Level or BTEC standard, preferably with a business-related qualification.
Experience & Background:
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within a similar industry but training will be given
  • Familiarity with modern technology and an interest in the electrical distribution sector
Skills & Abilities:
  • Curious and eager to learn, showing a proactive approach to new challenges
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent time management and punctuality
  • Proactive and self-motivated, taking initiative when required
  • Social media proficiency, able to engage effectively online
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to clarity and professionalism
 
Other Requirements:
  • Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence
