Sales Support Executive
  
Salary & Benefits:  
  • Up to £29,120 per annum negotiable, depending on experience

Location: Telford, Shropshire

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Our client is the largest electrical distributor in the United Kingdom and serves both to the trade and to the public from over 300 locations in the UK. They are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their team in Telford. This role offers an exciting opportunity to progress within the business and to be a part of their continued success. 

Role: 
  • Supporting the Sales Team by answering telephone enquiries and proactively calling existing and dormant b2b clients  
  • Raising quotations and following up 
  • Proactively developing close relationships with customers 
  • Processing orders and handling ordering queries  
  • Administration duties 
  • Some warehouse duties when busy 
  Person & Skills Required:  
  • This role would ideally suit someone that has sales experience in a trade industry but not essential as full training will be provided 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • A positive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work under pressure  
  • Dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success 
  • B2b Sales experience would be an advantage 
  • Customer service focused approach 
  • Attention to detail and organised 
  • Team player
