Role:​ 
  • Generally responsible for supporting the Branch Manager and their team in the growth of the business
  • Building, developing and managing excellent customer relationships
  • Maintaining a good level of product knowledge
  • Reactively handling incoming telephone calls and trade counter enquiries
  • Proactively making outgoing telephone calls to prospective customers
  • Processing orders and quotations using the company system 
  • Developing strategies for increasing existing, new business and dormant accounts
  • Dealing with and resolving any customer queries

Ideal Candidate: 
  • A proven track record of working in sales within the electrical industry
  • Dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success
  • Confident, reliable and punctual
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and a “can do” attitude whilst being a team player who enjoys a busy and productive working environment
  • The ability to communicate at all levels, whether it be with your colleagues or negotiating with your customer
