Role Overview: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the safe receipt, storage, movement, and timely dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of health & safety, stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and quality control. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the role requires strong leadership, sound decision-making, and the ability to ensure smooth warehouse operations within a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Requirements
- Confident leader with strong decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
- Excellent organisation, communication, and workload prioritisation abilities
- Methodical approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset focused on operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and safe working practices
- Experience in logistics/transport management
- Full UK driving licence Preferred
- Reach Forklift licence preferred (training available)
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures, productivity improvements, waste reduction, and cost-saving strategies
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations, compliance, and workplace safety standards
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee safe and efficient day-to-day warehouse operations, including stock management, despatch, deliveries, and goods processing
- Coordinate transport and courier solutions to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-compliant warehouse environment
- Implement and improve operational procedures to increase productivity while reducing waste and risk
- Manage stock control and perpetual stocktaking in line with company procedures
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, quality standards, and safe working practices
- Support continuous improvement across warehouse and logistics operations with a focus on efficiency and workplace safety
