Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and professionally handle incoming telephone calls
- Process telephone orders and prepare accurate quotations
- Quote, process, pick, and fulfil customer orders, including managing returns
- Serve customers over a busy trade counter, delivering excellent face-to-face service
- Deal with and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Complete general administrative duties with a high level of accuracy
- Build, maintain, and strengthen strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Work effectively both as part of a team and independently when required
Person:
- You must have a proven track record of working in sales within the electrical wholesale industry with good electrical product knowledge
- Dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success
- You must be confident, reliable and punctual, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and a “can do” attitude whilst being a team player who enjoys a busy and productive working environment
