​3Phase Recruitment – Refer a Friend Scheme Terms & Conditions

1. The “Refer a Friend” scheme is open to individuals who refer candidates to 3Phase Recruitment Ltd for roles within the Electrical Wholesale or Manufacturing industry.
2. Referrals must be made using the official 3Phase channels (email, website, or other approved method).
3. The referral reward (£100 High Street vouchers) will only be issued if the referred candidate is successfully placed by 3Phase Recruitment and completes a minimum probation period as defined by the hiring employer.
4. The reward is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. 3Phase Recruitment reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time without prior notice.
6. By participating in the scheme, you agree to these terms and any decision by 3Phase Recruitment regarding eligibility or payment of the reward.
