Senior External Sales Manager
Salary & Benefits:
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Hours: 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday & occasional Saturday morning 8:00am to 12:00pm [1 in every 5 weeks]

- £45,000 to £55,000 per annum negotiable, depending on experience (up to £70k OTE)
- A significant net profit annual bonus based on performance

Skills Required:
- Experienced external sales professional or very successful internal sales executive
- Electrical Wholesale experience (min 3+ years required))
- Clean Driving Licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Looking after existing customers to maximise & drive sales opportunities
- To lead the various sales teams to follow successful examples set
- Lead & project generation & helping the sales teams to successfully win
- Win day to day business through service, relationships & trust
- Achieve sales targets set in relation to both turnover & gross profit to maximise bonuses
- Business planning & review meetings working with senior team
- Leading by example the drive for new trading accounts
- To promote the good name of the company & further develop relationships with new and existing customers
- Work closely with the management team to get the support required to build successful customer relationships
- Ensure continual awareness of new & updated products as necessary
