Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

- Salary £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, negotiable, depending on age and experience

Essential Skills:
- Trade Counter experience in Electrical Wholesale preferred but will consider candidates with Building or Plumbing Trade experience
- Good organisational and communication skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- A methodical and thorough approach to work
- An ability to prioritise workload and stay calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail & very organised
- A positive and hardworking attitude
- Flexible and adaptive personality

Key Responsibilities:
- Serving customers on the busy trade counter, managing customer enquiries and orders
- Building, developing and managing relationships with customers
- Re-stocking shelves and keeping the trade counter tidy, organising promotions and special offers
- Full autonomy on the organisation of events, promotions and special offers
- Ensuring excellence in customer service and operational standards
- Supporting the Branch Manager with actions and activities on time
- Compliance with Health and Safety, company policies and procedures
