Role:

• The role of Manager Designate is the perfect opportunity to further develop your skills as a Manager and prepare you for the next step in your career in Electrical Wholesale Management
• The role requires providing support to other branches within the surrounding area – to maximise sales and profits as well as support the day to day running of the required centres and represent the company as an efficient organisation by ensuring that your actions reinforce the company’s values and beliefs
• Working  alongside successful managers to understand the business
• Developing and maintaining a good level of product knowledge
• Learning the company’s system & procedures

• Building, developing and managing good working relationships with suppliers and customers​
