Role:
- To provide an unrivalled service in all areas of the Sales function, where the focus is Customer First
- To develop new lines of business and customer bases
- Managing multiple tasks including sales, purchasing and keeping all relevant paperwork up to date
- Feedback market intelligence to the Branch Manager
- Raise Company's profile within the Renewable Energy market
Person:
- English and Maths to GCSE or A-Level standard
- A positive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work under pressure
- A proven track record of working in sales within the Renewables or Electrical Wholesale industry is essential
- Dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success
- Effective communication with fellow staff and suppliers' representatives is a key ability, as are professional negotiating skills
- Ability to self-manage, with high level of self-motivation and organisation
- Pride in your work & attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively process all customer enquiries, quote and orders in accordance with company's procedures
- Placing orders with suppliers at the lowest cost, appropriate to quality with on-time delivery
- Communicate/liaise and build relationships with suppliers to ensure they meet the company’s requirements and that procedures and administration of paperwork is managed effectively & efficiently
- Communicate/liaise and ensure the resolution for the customer on all matters relating to their contact with the company
- Participate in meetings with Sales, Management and Customers as and when requested
- Assist in the development and implementation of a proactive order winning strategy
- Development and effective relationship with all members of staff to ensure excellent communication
- Participate in all initiatives to improve profit within areas identified for improvement
- Follow business systems and procedures
- Deliver results in a timely and cost effective manner
