Location: Head office in London EC4R - Hybrid remote working with site visits within London & the Southeast

The Position
Looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is taking steps towards a rewarding career within the construction industry. The successful candidate shall form a crucial support role to the Sprinkler installations team in a rapidly growing fire detection and suppression company. The successful candidate shall gain expert knowledge and training, with fantastic opportunities to grow and develop within the role and beyond.
Key Accountabilities
Skills Required: Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong math and writing abilities
Experience: Drafting technical submissions and O&M manuals
Personal Traits: Honest, accountable, detail-oriented, proactive, friendly, and approachable
Work Style: Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team, good timekeeping, and strong communicator
Location: Able to work from home and commute to London, ideally based in the Southeast or London
Certifications/Training: Proven knowledge of BSEN12845 and BS9251 systems; industry-recognized training (BAFSA, RSA, XACT, FIRAS); FHC (Canute) training/experience is desirable.
Desired Experience: Previous experience in the construction industry.
Career Goals: Interested in progression within a fast-paced, growing company.
Other Requirements: CSCS Card, full clean driver’s license, and own vehicle.

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary £35,000 to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus travel expenses, pension and an extensive benefits package (details below*)

- Assisting the team with producing compliant estimates and quotations
- Designing and peer reviewing BSEN12845 & BS9251 compliant systems
- Assisting with and completing both internal and 3rd party site and office compliance audits
- Accurate record-keeping, ensuring QA spreadsheets and databases are always up to date
- Assist the project management team in the completion of QA checks, As-Builts and work snagging
