The Person
Looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is taking steps towards a rewarding career within the construction industry. The successful candidate shall form a crucial support role to the Sprinkler Installations Team in a rapidly growing fire detection and suppression company. The successful candidate shall gain expert knowledge and training, with fantastic opportunities to grow and develop within the role and beyond.
Key Accountabilities
- Salary from £33,280 per annum (negotiable, dependent on experience) plus travel expenses, pension and an extensive benefits package (details below*)
- 40 hours per week
- 28 days holiday

The Person

Key Accountabilities
- Installing and testing Sprinklers in Domestic & Commercial dwellings
- Installing and testing Dry & Wet Risers
- Assisting with service call outs and small works
- Mainly working on High end residential, care homes, offices and car parks throughout the Southeast and London
- Turning up to sites on time
- Following the project drawings
- Ensuring installations are compliant with the associated regulations
- Filling in on Pre-planned maintenance visits and the occasional call out
- Build healthy working relationships with all clients and colleagues
- Build relationships with all contractors involved within the project
- Assist in developing relationships to win new business
- Adhere to, and help develop and maintain the Company ISO9001 paperwork
- Skills Required: Experience with sprinkler installations, good working knowledge of the associated British standards, technically astute,
- Personal Traits: Honest, accountable, detail-oriented, proactive, friendly, and approachable
- Work Style: Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team, good timekeeping, and strong communicator
- Certifications/Training: FIRAS/XACT/Manufacturer qualifications including Blazemaster for installation, commissioning and service.is desirable
- Career Goals: Interested in progression within a fast-paced, growing company.
- Other Requirements: CSCS Card, full clean driver’s license, and own vehicle.
