Warehouse Operative
  
Salary & Benefits:
  • £30,940 negotiable, depending on experience

Location: Leeds, LS12

Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am to 11:30am Saturday
(A minimum of 1 per month paid overtime)

They are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their team in Leeds. Person and Qualifications: 
  • You must have a proven track record of working in a warehouse, preferably within either the electrical, building or plumbing industry, be dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success 
  • You must be confident, reliable and punctual, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and a “can do” attitude whilst being a team player who enjoys a busy and productive working environment  
  • Clean driving licence & commercial delivery experience essential as there will be some relief driving 
  • Counterbalance experience would be an advantage, but training will be given 
  • Quick learner 
  • Ability to work well in a large team 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Goods in & out 
  • Picking & Packing orders 
  • Loading and unloading vehicles 
  • Ensuring warehouse is tidy and well organised 
  • Correct stock allocation & assisting with stock rotation 
  • Ensuring Health and Safety requirements are understood and adhered to in relation to the warehouse
