Due to the continuing success of the business and to drive further expansion, they now have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join their fast-growing business in Leeds.  
 
Person & Qualifications:  
  • You must have a proven track record of working in a warehouse, preferably within either the electrical, building or plumbing industry, be dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success 
  • Manual driving licence & commercial delivery experience essential (for occasional deliveries) 
  • You must be confident, reliable and punctual, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and a “can do” attitude whilst being a team player who enjoys a busy and productive working environment  
  • Counterbalance Forklift experience desirable but training will be given 
  • Ability to self-manage with a high level of self-motivation and drive 
  • Flexible and adaptive personality

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Goods in & out 
  • Picking & Packing orders 
  • Loading and unloading vehicles 
  • Ensuring warehouse is tidy and well organised 
  • Correct stock allocation & stock rotation 
  • Occasional local deliveries 
  • Ensuring Health and Safety requirements are understood and adhered to in relation to the warehouse
