​Internal Sales Executive
 
Salary & Benefits:
  • £27,000 to £34,000 negotiable, depending on experience

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday & 8:30am to Midday Saturdays (1-in-4) Paid Overtime  
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Company Description: Our client is the largest electrical distributor in the United Kingdom and serves both to the trade and to the public from over 300 locations in the UK. They are looking for an exceptional Internal Telephone Sales Executive to join their small team in Liverpool. This role offers an exciting opportunity to progress within the business and to be a part of their continued success.

Skills Required: 

  • Experience of working within electrical wholesale, building or plumbing trade industry is an advantage but not essential 
  • A positive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work under pressure 
  • Dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success 
  • Full UK Driving Licence 
  • Forklift experience preferable but training will be given 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • General warehouse duties (Picking/Packing orders, loading/unloading vans etc) 
  • Supporting the busy trade counter, serving customers face-to-face once trained on products 
  • Answering telephone calls and taking orders 
  • Building, developing, and managing relationship with customers 
  • Ensuring all records, systems and paperwork are kept up-to-date 
  • Always providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards 
  • Delivering goods to customers
