- Experience in telephone sales, ideally within Electrical Wholesale or a similar trade industry
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage your own workload
- Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- A sense of humour and a genuine passion for achieving results
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with a diverse customer base, providing outstanding service
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and orders accurately and efficiently
- Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and generate new business opportunities
- Resolve customer issues promptly, liaising across teams when needed
- Attend sales and management meetings, contributing insights and strategies
- Assist in implementing proactive order-winning strategies
- Promote a wide range of products, encourage repeat business, and maintain customer loyalty
