Salary & Benefits:  
  • £33,000 to £45,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience

Location: Hertfordshire 
Hours: 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday & 8:00am to 12:00pm Saturday Rota (1-in-3) paid overtime

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls from contractors to FM and end users 
  • Processing telephone orders and quotations  
  • Regular, proactive calls on existing, dormant and cold call opportunities, with the key objective in maximising the potential sales and profit to be gained from the customer base 
  • Serving customers over a busy trade counter as and when required  
  • Building, maintaining and enhancing excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business 

Person:   
  • You must have a proven track record of working in sales within either the electrical, building or plumbing trade industry with good electrical product knowledge 
  • Dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success 
  • You must be confident, reliable and punctual, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and a “can do” attitude whilst being a team player who enjoys a busy and productive working environment  
  • A motivational and dynamic person with attention to detail and pride in their work
