The Role

- Full training programme to include influencing, negotiation and presentation skills
Person Specification & Required Skills
Education & Qualifications:
- Educated to at least A-Level or BTEC standard, preferably with a business-related qualification.
Experience & Background:
- Experience in customer service, ideally within a similar industry but training will be given

- Curious and eager to learn, showing a proactive approach to new challenges
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Proactive and self-motivated, taking initiative when required
- Social media proficiency, able to engage effectively online
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to clarity and professionalism
Other Requirements:
- Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence
