Salary & Benefits: 
 
  • £35,000 to £38,000 per annum negotiable, depending on experience  
  • A significant net profit annual bonus based on performance

Location: Gateshead, Tyne & Wear – Remote with 1 day per week in the Gateshead office

Skills Required: 
  • Proven external sales experience in an industrial or electrical environment 
  • A full, clean driving licence 
  • Energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for winning business

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients in the Teesside region, focusing on hazardous area and industrial sectors 
  • Drive day-to-day sales through exceptional service, strong relationship-building, and trust-based client interactions 
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets for both turnover and gross profit 
  • Represent the company with professionalism, enhancing its reputation while fostering long-term relationships with both new and existing customers 
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to access the support and resources needed to develop successful and lasting customer partnerships 
  • Stay informed on industry trends, as well as new and updated products, to provide clients with informed, value-driven solutions 
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients in hazardous area & industrial sectors
  • Representing a respected brand known for quality and reliability
