Role: We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Regional Secretary / Personal Assistant to support the Regional Director and wider team. This is a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, priorities stay on track, and the region is set up for continued success.
You'll provide a high level of administrative and organisational support — from diary coordination and task prioritisation, to preparing documents and maintaining personnel files. You'll also act as a detail-focused gatekeeper, spotting gaps and inefficiencies before they become problems, and getting involved in wider operational activity where needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative and organisational support to the Regional Director
- Manage a busy and dynamic diary, prioritising tasks and scheduling with accuracy
- Gather and prepare documents, files, reports, and presentations ahead of key meetings or activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files
- Approve personal expenses and mileage claims for managers in line with policy
- Coordinate and prepare for key events including:
- Manager meetings
- Training Events
- Regional customer events and hospitality functions
- Organise venues, catering, accommodation, attendee lists and follow-ups for events and meetings
- Act as a gatekeeper — ensuring information is complete, accurate, and delivered efficiently
- Identify and close gaps in processes or communication
- Handle confidential data, personnel matters, and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Support wider operational or project-based tasks across the region as needed
- Provide flexible support around critical periods of the year (e.g., forecasting, year-end, mid-term reviews)
- Liaise with colleagues at all levels, ensuring smooth information flow
Person & Skills Required:
- Ideally located in the Solihull area
- Previous experience in a PA, EA, or senior administrative role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience managing diaries, meetings, and coordinating multiple projects or events
