Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Salary & Benefits:
- £26,000 to £32,000 negotiable, depending on experience
- Excellent Bonus Scheme

- High standard of English & Mathematics
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail & able to manage own workload
- The ability to communicate at all levels, whether it be with your colleagues or negotiating with your customers and suppliers.
- Proactive sales skills
- A positive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work under pressure
- A proven track record of working in sales, dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success
- **Experience working in the Electrical Wholesale/Distribution sector is essential**
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming telephone enquiries and supplying customers with pricing, technical expertise and logistical support
- Building, developing and managing excellent customer relationships
- Assisting in the management of a pooled sales inbox of UK and overseas enquiries
- Providing detailed quotations using a custom-built operating system
- Proactively making outgoing telephone calls to prospective customers and generating sales opportunities and follow ups
- Assisting senior external sales staff with management of the requirements of major customers
- Co-ordinating delivery of goods and services across the UK, Europe and worldwide.
- Working with the purchasing, accounts, warehouse and administration teams to ensure the smooth progress of orders and prompt delivery of goods
