Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Hours: 20-40 hours Monday-Friday between 7.30am and 5.30pm

Role:
- Supporting the Sales Team by answering telephone enquiries and proactively calling existing and dormant b2b clients
- Raising quotations and following up
- Proactively developing close relationships with customers
- Processing orders and handling ordering queries
- Administration duties
Person & Skills Required:
- This role would ideally suit someone that has sales experience in a trade industry but not essential as full training will be provided
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work under pressure
- Dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success
- B2b Sales experience would be an advantage
- Customer service focused approach
- Attention to detail and organised
- Team player
- This role will require a hard-working and likeable individual, who will grow relationships and offer exceptional levels of customer service to their diverse customer base
