What you’ll be doing:
As a Customer Service Specialist, this is the perfect opportunity to launch your career in customer service and sales in the Electrical Distribution sector and to broaden your skills.
Daily tasks will involve:
You will receive a basic starting salary of up to £14 per hour and you will be reviewed regularly throughout your apprenticeship with product and skills training and one-to-one mentoring from an experienced manager
What we are looking for:
The Level 3 apprenticeship standard for the Customer Service Specialist is designed for apprentices in customer service/sales roles. You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and behaviours as well as strong product and/or service knowledge.
This role would ideally suit a school/college leaver with an interest in sales & customer service. If you can combine these skills with an understanding of (or willingness to learn about) the Electrical Distribution industry and a desire to deliver excellent services for clients, we’d like to hear from you.
**The candidate must be able to commute within 30 minutes
- Up to £14 per hour – fully paid 24 month training contract
