Salary & Benefits:  
  • £32,500 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm OR 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Company Description: Our client offers expert cable organisation, trunking, and custom solutions to improve workspace safety, efficiency, and aesthetics.

Role: The role involves production work and general warehouse duties including: 
 
  • Reading basic drawings to fit & assemble products & cutting steel channel using hand saws and power tools 
  • Quality Checking 
  • Packing and re-packing deliveries 
  • Loading & unloading trucks using manual handling, pallets & forklift truck 
  • Keeping area clean and tidy at all times 
  • Liaising with other departments 
 
Person: You must be reliable and punctual, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and a “can do” attitude whilst being a team player who enjoys a busy and productive working environment. You must also have the following attributions:  
 
  • Experience within an electrical role in Distribution desirable 
  • Reach forklift license desirable 
  • Driving license essential 
  • Good organisational and communication skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines 
  • A methodical and thorough approach to work 
  • A strong attention to detail 
  • An ability to prioritise workload and stay calm under pressure 
  • A great team player or able to work on own initiative 
  • Assertiveness, honesty and reliability 
  • General warehouse experience 
 
Full training will be provided with the successful candidate integrating into a dynamic existing team of similarly skilled individuals.  ​
