Salary & Benefits:  
  • £31,000 to £34,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience

Skills & Experience 
  • Telephone sales experience within Electrical Wholesale or a similar trade sector is beneficial but not essential. A positive attitude, sales drive, and willingness to learn are more important.  
  • Strong English and Maths skills with good attention to detail.  
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.  
  • Target-driven with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.  
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.  
 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Generate new business and reactivate dormant accounts to grow sales.  
  • Promote the company's products and services to new and existing customers.  
  • Build strong relationships with customers across trade and commercial sectors.  
  • Prepare accurate quotations alongside the Branch Manager and sales team.  
  • Deliver excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.  
  • Support the trade counter and assist customers professionally.  
  • Identify customer needs and maximise sales opportunities.
