What You'll Be Doing
Ready to kick-start your career? As a Trade Supplier Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills and build a long-term career within the fast-paced and rewarding Electrical Wholesale industry.
Working as part of a small, friendly team, you'll enjoy a varied, all-round role where you'll get involved in every area of the business. No two days are ever the same! Rather than being limited to one department, you'll learn how the entire business operates, giving you a fantastic foundation for a successful career.
From day one, you'll spend time making customer deliveries, giving you the opportunity to meet customers, build strong relationships and gain a real understanding of the business. You'll also support the warehouse team with goods in, stock control, order picking, packing and dispatch, while receiving comprehensive product training along the way.
As your confidence and product knowledge grows, you'll move onto the Trade Counter, helping customers, processing orders and developing your sales skills. With ongoing support and mentoring, you'll naturally progress into Telephone Sales and, ultimately, a Sales Executive position, opening the door to an exciting long-term career with genuine progression opportunities.
