Key Responsibilities:
- To make all the key decisions and run the commercial operation with full autonomy and accountability
- Build and develop a motivated team who are hungry for success
- Identification and development of new business opportunities from new customers and dormant accounts
- Providing comprehensive training and development for team members
- Effectively recruiting new employees
- Ensuring that your team meets operational standards and that the branch operates efficiently whilst Identifying improvement opportunities
- Driving profitable sales
- Liaising with suppliers to secure the best commercial arrangements
