Person:
- A proven track record of working in sales within the renewables or electrical wholesale industry is essential
- You must be confident, reliable and punctual, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and a “can do” attitude whilst being a team player who enjoys a busy and productive working environment
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- A motivational and dynamic person with attention to detail and pride in their work
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively supporting the Branch Manager in the growth of the business by developing strategies for increasing existing business and sourcing new business in the Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire & Oxfordshire areas
- Identifying new sales leads and promoting products and services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customer base
- Researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Maintaining and growing your customer base by selling the company’s wide range of products whilst delivering an unrivalled customer service, developing relationships and encouraging repeat business
