Salary & Benefits: 
  • £32,000 to £33,000 negotiable, depending on experience

Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm OR 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Company Description: A privately held electrical distribution company specialising in Green Energy products. The Berkhamsted Distribution Centre is a busy, hands-on environment where energy, stamina, and attention to detail are rewarded. Essential Skills & Attributes:   
  • Minimum 2 years’ warehouse experience, preferably in a trade or renewables industry 
  • Physically fit and ready for a labour-intensive, hands-on role 
  • Highly organised, methodical, and attentive to detail 
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, stay calm under pressure, and work to deadlines 
  • Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and enthusiastic 
  • Team player who thrives in a busy, productive environment 
  • Reach forklift licence preferred 
 
Key Responsibilities:   
  • Receive, store, and retrieve goods safely, maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality 
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch efficiently and accurately 
  • Rotate stock and help maintain an organised, tidy warehouse 
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and maintain safety standards 
  • Work collaboratively with the Warehouse Manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations
