Key Responsibilities:
- Up to £14.00 per hour depending on age – fully paid 24-month training contract
- Profit Sharing Scheme

- Working in different areas of the business, starting in the warehouse learning their products and working your way up to Trade Counter & Telephone Sales level
- You will receive a basic starting salary of up to £14 per hour and you will be reviewed regularly throughout your apprenticeship with product and skills training and one-to-one mentoring from an experienced manager
Key Responsibilities:
- To make all the key decisions and run the commercial operation with full autonomy and accountability
- Build and develop a motivated team who are hungry for success
- Identification and development of new business opportunities from new customers and dormant accounts
- Providing comprehensive training and development for team members
- Effectively recruiting new employees
- Ensuring that your team meets operational standards and that the branch operates efficiently whilst Identifying improvement opportunities
- Driving profitable sales
- Liaising with suppliers to secure the best commercial arrangements
