Administration Manager

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Company Description: Our client is a well-established Nationwide Electrical Distributor looking for an ambitious individual who can take advantage of the opportunities within the business to forge a successful career. The business provides a wide range of products to customers, from their trade counter and by daily delivery service.
Role: This will be a varied and exciting role which will include assisting the Branch Manager with all administration within the branch.
Person: We are looking for an energetic team player with excellent attention to detail, who enjoys working to strict deadlines and managing multiple tasks whilst at the same time building quality relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
You must be reliable and punctual, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and a good attention to detail whilst being a team player who enjoys a busy and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members regularly and implementing improvements
- Liaising between administrative staff and senior management
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned including accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control issues
Skills Required:
- Business administration management experience
- Accounts payable/receivable experience
- Credit control experience
- High standard of English & Mathematics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail & super organised
- A positive and hardworking attitude with a flexible and adaptive personality
