Warehouse Operative & Van Driver
 
Salary: £10.55 to £10.95 per hour negotiable, depending on age/experience plus profit share, contributory pension scheme & career progression
Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester
Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 4:30pm Fridays & 9:00am to 12:00pm Saturday rota (paid overtime)

Person:
 
  • Warehouse experience essential
  • Multi-Drop Delivery driving experience driving a 3.5tonne long-wheel-based Sprinter van preferred
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Pleasant and “can do” attitude
  • Reliable & Punctual
  • Self-Motivated & enthusiastic
  • Fit & Healthy (labour intensive role)
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Goods In/Out
  • Picking/Packing orders
  • Ensuring correct allocation of stock
  • Completion of documentation
  • Unloading and loading of vans
  • General upkeep and tidiness of warehouse
  • Delivering to customers as and when required
