Warehouse/Trade Counter Assistant – Reading, Berkshire

Salary: £23,000 to £28,000 negotiable, depending on experience
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday & every 3rd Saturday (8:00am to 12:00pm)

A well established Independent Electrical Wholesale Distribution Company looking for an exceptional all-round warehouse and trade counter person to join their team in Reading. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of their continued success.
 
**Experience working in the Electrical Wholesale/Building or Plumbing Trade is preferable**

  • You must have a proven track record of working in sales within either the electrical, building or plumbing industry, be dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • General warehouse duties
  • Serving customers over a busy trade counter
  • Building, maintaining and enhancing excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Processing orders and quotations
  • Dealing with and resolving any customer queries
  • Delivering to customers as and when required
