Sales & Trade Counter Assistant– Electrical Wholesale
Salary & Benefits: £Negotiable per annum depending on experience plus contributory pension scheme & profit sharing scheme
Hours: 7:15am to 5:15pm Monday to Friday
Location: Milton Keynes
Company Description: A well established Nationwide Electrical Distributor looking to expand their centre in Milton Keynes. The business provides a wide range of products to customers, from their trade counter and by daily delivery service.

Role: This will be a varied and exciting role which will include serving existing and new clients on their trade counter, telephone sales, warehouse and administration duties.
**Experience working in the Electrical Wholesale sector is essential**
Person: You must be reliable and punctual, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and a “can do” attitude whilst being a team player who enjoys a busy and productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serving customers over a busy trade counter
• Processing orders and quotations
• Building, developing and managing relationships with customers and suppliers
• Ensuring all records, systems and paperwork are kept up-to-date
• Picking/Packing orders
• Trade Counter Merchandising
• Accounts Payable
• Cash Reconciliation
• Inputting documents
• General office duties
Skills Required:
• Business administration experience
• High standard of English & Mathematics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
• Attention to detail & super organised
• A positive and hardworking attitude
• Able to work well in a small team
• Flexible and adaptive personality
