Internal Technical Sales – Electrical Industry
Salary: £40,000 per annum, depending on experience plus bonus
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Job Description:
- Diagnose faults and assist with repair or replacement where necessary
- Develop profitable business with current and new customers, building strong relationships and increasing the product mix sold
- Maintain contact with line manager, sharing feedback and customer sentiment with other office staff and field team as required
- Assist external sales staff with management of existing customers and new customers
- Identify opportunities to provide support to key customers around training on our E-mobility and distribution products
- Provide timely quotes and follow up with a view to winning new business, monitor and update all projects on the CRM system
- Support Increase in turnover in line with the company sales plan
- Provide technical assistance to production personnel during manufacturing process
Skills Required:
- Clear understanding of electrical distribution products, relevant Industry, market and competitor knowledge is essential
- Computer literate and conversant in the use of software packages such as Microsoft outlook, excel and word
- Excellent telephone manner to compliment strong written communication skills
- Strong technical background with good knowledge of broad product range
