Role:
Branch Managers in the Electrical Wholesale sector, are generally responsible for leading and motivating a team of staff, hitting sales targets, delivering high levels of customer service and building strong relationships with customers in the area.
Assistant Managers are usually employed in the larger branches and generally assist the Branch Manager and take over when he/she is out of the office.
Ideal Candidate:
  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills, be motivated and able to motivate others, have an excellent telephone manner, and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with staff and customers
  • Excellent financial acumen and the ability to manage P&L
  • ​A confident and clear communicator, negotiator and decision maker
  • Candidates will need to have solid experience in the Electrical Wholesale industry and preferably some management experience
