Internal Technical Support Engineer – West Midlands 
 
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: 8:00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (39 hours per week)
Location: West Midlands

Company Description: A European Multinational company that manufactures and distributes a diverse range of industrial electrical distribution, components and supplies and EV charging products.

Role: Based in the West Midlands, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and sales engineers and on-line support whilst delivering an unrivalled customer service, developing relationships and encouraging repeat business.

​Ideal Candidate:
  • You will have an electrical background and/or qualifications, ideally with experience in electrical distribution systems and an understanding of switchgear, components and wiring
  • You will ideally have an engineering or internal sales/customer service background
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Office based but flexible when required
  • Sign off on product testing/production, CAD drawings & Ethernet
  • Comfortable with reports and IT
  • A good understanding of electrical drawings
  • A clear and articulate communicator, comfortable on the telephone and with managing objections
  • An excellent communicator at all levels
 
Full training will be provided with the successful candidates integrating into a dynamic existing team of similarly skilled individuals.
