Internal Sales Manager

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per year plus Profit Related Bonus & Pension Scheme
Hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday as required
Location: East London

​Person:
  • Previous experience in a similar management position is essential
  • A minimum of 3 years sales & management experience is essential
  • A minimum of 2 years lift and/or electrical industry experience is desirable
  • Lift and/or electrical industry sales/customer service experience desirable
  • Ability to manage and develop a sales team and be a great team player
  • Ability to self-manage with a high level of self-motivation and drive
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • A motivational and dynamic person with attention to detail and pride in their work
  • Degree level or equivalent qualification desirable
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Direct, manage and motivate the internal sales team including leading and monitoring the overall performance of the sales team
  • Ensure effective communication, support and assistance between the sales team and the rest of the organisation
  • Direct, manage, maintain and improve processes and procedures for all sales activities and operations
  • Review and report on all sales KPI's weekly and monthly to the Commercial Director
  • Training of Internal Sales Engineers as required
  • Manage, maintain and enhance customer relationships
