Internal Sales Executive
 
Salary & Benefits:
  • £23,000 to £27,000 Negotiable, depending on experience

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

My client is the largest electrical distributor in the United Kingdom and serves both to the trade and to the public from over 300 locations in the UK. They are looking for an energetic Internal Sales Executive to join their small team in Oxford. This role offers an exciting opportunity to progress within the business and to be a part of their continued success.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategies for increasing existing, new business and dormant accounts
  • Identification and development of new business opportunities from both existing and new customers
  • Building, maintaining and enhancing excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Serving customers over a busy trade counter as and when required
  • Processing telephone orders and quotations
  • Dealing with and resolving any customer queries
Person:

  • You must have a proven track record of working in sales within either the electrical, building or plumbing trade industry, be dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success
  • You must be confident, reliable and punctual, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and a “can do” attitude whilst being a team player who enjoys a busy and productive working environment
  • A motivational and dynamic person with attention to detail and pride in their work
