Experienced Credit Controller (Maternity Cover 12-15months)
 
Salary: £21,000 to £23,000 per annum
Location: Warwick, Warwickshire (office based)
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm or 7:30am to 4:30pm with 1-hour lunch
Company Description: My client is a leading National Electrical Wholesaler. They are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to cover Maternity leave for 12 to 15 months, starting in May.
 
Person & Skills Required:
  • Previous Credit Control experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own
  • Excellent levels of Maths & English
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for 7 branches within the region
  • Working in a team of 7
  • Post customer payments on to the system
  • Reconcile and post cash sale payments
  • Process card payments
  • Chase customers for payment via telephone, email or letter
  • Query resolution with the Branch Manager and Customer
  • Maintain Stop Lists
  • Send copy invoices and statements
  • Liaise with key members in the branch daily
  • Report directly to the Credit Manager
