Essential qualities required:
  • An experienced professional within the electrical wholesale or manufacturing sector
  • Experience of working within an External Sales Role
  • The drive and desire to manage the demands of the electrical wholesalers
  • The Sales ability to build long term relationships and gain business from the specification arena
  • A professional salespersons with tenacity, drive, desire and ambition
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A high degree of self-motivation and drive
 
Main duties:

  • You will be responsible for growing the business with both established and new customers in the area
  • Fully supporting all available brands and stock profiles with stockists, leverage of house builder or LED project opportunities
  • To feedback market information to Regional Sales Manager
  • To take ownership of and resolve area customer complaints and issues
  • Strive to achieve and exceed monthly Sales target
  • Account management
  • Be responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines
